Clapper Rail, Green Herons, Double Breasted Cormorants and Gulls

June 18, 2013

The summer starts Friday-but here on the Bayshore it feels like its been going strong for a month. The birds have staked their claim in trees and in the tall grasses on Thompson’s Beach. The water is warm and every once in awhile there is a wave worth riding.  Even though the summer hasn’t even started yet, I miss it already.
